Conecsus is committed to responsible and sustainable metal production, with a strong focus on environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and sound corporate governance. Conecsus management considers environmental stewardship and responsible sourcing to be among our most important responsibilities.
As part of this commitment, Conecsus is undergoing assessment to participate in the Responsible Mineral Initiative (RMI), a leading global program supporting responsible mineral supply chains.
The RMI is a voluntary initiative with more than 500 participating companies and associations worldwide. It is widely recognized as one of the most respected and utilized programs addressing responsible mineral sourcing. The RMI’s vision, as stated on it’s website, is:
“The RMI works globally to enable business and stakeholders in mineral supply chains to work collaboratively on the definition and adoption of policies, practices, data and tools that foster responsible mineral sourcing and production, to achieve sustainable and resilient minerals supply chains.”
Participation in the RMI and successful completion of its assessment process will serve as evidence of Conecsus’ ongoing commitment to responsible sourcing, transparency, and continuous improvement across our operations.
