Ordering laboratory analyses from Conecsus is quick and easy.

Please complete the form in its entirety and print a copy to include with the material sample that you are submitting.  If you are sending more than one sample, please clearly identify each sample in the batch.

Once we receive your sample material, it will be logged into our tracking system and testing will commence.  If we have any questions, we’ll contact you using the information that you have provided on the order form.

When the analyses are complete, we’ll send you an invoice via e-mail. We’ll include instructions for payment using PayPal, and after payment confirmation, we’ll e-mail your results.
